What are the delivery times and cost?
For Spain and Porugal the delivery is always free and usually lasts between 3 and 6 business days. For the rest of the countries see the price table.
The products are delivered by the courier from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispaches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to recieve your order at the office reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.
How can I check the delivery status?
In the order confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the website.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.
What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact courier to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point).
If you do not contact courier or do not colect the order from the colection point, after 10 days the package will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted by the Customer Services Department to see if you want the package to be delivered again or if you would like a refund.
Which country do we deliver to?
Germany, Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland, Malta, Monaco.
For these countries the shipping is free from a purchase exceeding 100€, in purchases below this amount will be charged 10€ in transport.
Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania, Sweden, Turkey, Morocco.
For these countries the shipping is free from a purchase exceeding 200€, in purchases below this amount will be charged € 20 in transport.
The time of transport to the following countries or zones G3 G4 with customs duties depends on the customs clearance, and the delivery time can not be guaranteed on certain dates. As well as taxes will be borne by the customer.
For these countries the shipping is free from a purchase exceeding 250€, in purchases below this amount will be billed 27€ in transport.
Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Georgia, China, Japan, Taiwan.
For these countries the shipping is free from a purchase exceeding 300€, in purchases below this amount will be billed 35€ in transport.
Can I return any item, even if simply change my mind?
You have 14 days from when your order was delivered to request a return, whatever the reason.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels and accessories.
Can I change the size or colour of the item instead of returning it?
Sorry, but you cannot currently request changes.
If you need to change the size or colour, you can return the products for free and make a new purchase.
I have recieved a damaged or faulty product. What should I do?
In the case of any kind of defects you can return the item easily.
Please contact our Customer Services Department.
After we have received your returned item and have checked the damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept articles that are not in the same condition in which you recieved them. We will update you regularly by email until we confirm the refund.
When will I recieve my refund?
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quallity Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.
If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
